High dynamic: dynamic response time of 100μs level
PVD can provide dynamic performance as fast as 100 microseconds, elevating DC product testing to a whole new level, and can simulate site abnormal conditions in the laboratory.
High precision:
up to 6-and-a-half-digit given and measurement system; voltage and current are accurate to mV/mA level
PVD has a built-in independent high-precision voltage and current measurement system, and its performance is comparable to that of 6-and-a-half-digit voltmeters, saving high-voltage high-precision DC voltmeters, high-precision ammeters, power meters and impedance meters. The equipment data can be used as the basis for product performance judgment. When the PV inverter is tested, the high-precision measurement system can more accurately measure the tracking efficiency of the test object.
High power density: 3U/30kW
Compared with similar products, PVD has the highest power density and feedback efficiency. The power in 3U volume can reach 30kW and the weight is as light as 35kg. A single standard 42U cabinet can be configured with a capacity of 300kW. The matrix parallel system can be easily expanded to 3MW capacity, and full power testing can be carried out only by providing at most 5% feedback loss and power consumption of the test object. It can greatly reduce the test floor area and meet the transfer, load-bearing and power distribution requirements of standard commercial office buildings.
SAS mode
The SAS solar cell array simulator can accurately simulate the output I-V characteristic curve of the solar cell panel and has built-in EN50530, Sandia, CG/GF004, CGC/GF035 and other standard curves for testing static and dynamic MPPT of PV inverters. Parameters such as Voc and Is can be set to simulate I-V curves, and various solar panel types, curve scanning, shadow occlusion and customized editing curves are supported. Its built-in curves are up to 4096 points for accurate simulation of I-V curves. It has the function of log and report generation to record the curve change process.
